Our Gewurztraminer is sourced solely from our Parkburn (Cromwell Basin) Vineyard and this year shows intense aromatics of quince, ripe rhubarb and lychee.  The palate is sweet, very full and deeply textured with an oily mouth-filling viscosity that carries musky exotic spices and fruits on into a long rich finish that cleanses with hints of green ginger.  Well matched with South-East Asian dishes, this wine will age gracefully over the next eight years.
