Rich stone fruit and juicy pear aromas herald the vibrantly fruity off-dry palate of our 2010 Pinot Gris, layered over a rich supple mouth feel. Delicate sweetness is balanced against a firm backbone of acid, which leads into a very long fruity finish which complements most seafood or Asian-spiced cuisine, though it’s exceptional versatility should be experienced over a wide range of dishes. This wine is drinking well now and is expected to mellow over the next 3-5 years.

‘A weighty, spicy off-dry wine – “a bit of a whopper”, but well balanced and enjoyable just the same.’ – Deborah Walton & Peter Morice, April 2010
