As a New Zealand owned and operated company, all Rockburn Vineyards’ online business is conducted in New Zealand currency only. Rockburn Vineyards will appear on your statements and payment records.
Within New Zealand orders are normally shipped through our nominated carrier company and generally, delivery is within an estimated 7 days depending on location. In-stock items usually ship in 2-4 business days. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday and we shall not be liable for delays.
Case quantities are indicated in each product’s description, and are generally 12 bottles per case, with every 12th bottle free. If you buy 12 bottles with differing prices, the cheapest is free.
New Zealand shipping costs are free for all wine
We will notify you by way of email if an item you have ordered is no longer in stock, and you will have the opportunity of cancelling your order.
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
International Ordering Policy
We will ship overseas. Orders can only be processed once a shipping quote has been established and forwarded to you by way of e-mail to click on and acknowledge. On receipt of the acknowledgement we will then proceed to process your order.
Please choose your wines carefully, in the event you change your mind about a purchase we do not provide a refund. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, we provide a replacement free of charge if goods are proven faulty.
1. You must pay us in full by credit card at the time that you submit your order.
2. If you pay by credit card you agree to indemnify us against any default by your credit card company to make payment to us in full.
3. We use “Payment Express” to securely authorise credit card payments before any charges are made. For further information regarding “Payment Express” and how it encrypts and processes transactions, please visit www.paymentexpress.com. Alternate payment options are unavailable online.
