Over Vintage head winemaker Malcolm Rees-Francis is busy, but never so busy as to skip creating lunch for the team everyday. It's a time when everyone stops to come together and share some food, some laughs and some wine.
This past vintage, those of us working on-site got to enjoy many a culinary masterpiece. We were able to convince our head chef to share two of the recipes he took inspiration from over vintage to share with everyone that enjoys Rockburn wines.

This recipe featured a locally made chorizo that brought the flavours together beautifully.

Malcolm opted to make a quick picked red onion to go with this dish and add red capsicum for added brightness.
