The Details:
- Your first Wine Club order is dispatched when you sign up, with subsequent shipments happening at the start of February, May, August and November. If you sign up within 14 days of the the regularly scheduled club shipment, that one will automatically skip and you will join the standard shipping schedule the following quarter. (Example: You sign up 23 July. Your first order ships the following day and the start of August shipment is skipped, your next club shipment will arrive at the start of November)
- Occasionally a subscribed wine may become unavailable, Rockburn retains the right to change out wines with notification to any subscribers effected.

How does the wine club work?
Sign up to one of the Rockburn Wine Club options – 3, 6 or 12 bottles.
You receive your selected wines every three months in February, May, August and November.
Sip or cellar and enjoy!
How much does each shipment cost?
This depends on the wines you’ve selected. You’ll be able to see the cost per bottle (and what you’re saving as part of the Wine Club).
With our 6 and 12 bottle subscriptions you also receive shipping costs included.
Rural delivery costs $10/12 bottles, Waiheke & Great Barrier Island $45/12 bottles
How does my online account work?
You will need to create a login with the same email that you place your first order, click here or the person icon at the top right of the Rockburn webpage. Through this member login you can control your Rockburn Wine Club Subscription –
· Change your wine selection
· Update your address or payment details
· Access your club discount on further purchases
and much more.
How do I make changes to my selected wines?
Your wine selection from your first order will automatically save and this will become your default case. If you would like to make changes to this:
· Login into your account on the Rockburn website
· Select Manage subscriptions or select the Subscriptions icon then click Edit
· Select a new line up of wines and click Save changes
You can edit your subscribed wines up to 7 days before they are due to ship. The time remaining for changes is visible in your Upcoming Shipments tab.

Can I purchase more wine than what I am subscribed for with the Rockburn Wine Club?
Yes, of course! Make sure you're signed into your account when you go to place any other orders to have your subscription discount included.
How do I pay for my Rockburn Wine Club subscription?
The cost of each subscription will be charged to the credit card submitted with your first membership purchase. All credit cards are stored in our encrypted payment system and cannot be viewed by any staff member at any time.
If you need to make any updates to your payment method, you can do this through your online account.
Can I pause or skip a quarterly shipment?
We understand life can change plans and this means the occasional need to skip a shipment.
On your online account click Upcoming Shipments and Skip Delivery.
This needs to be completed at least 7 days before the scheduled shipping date.
You can skip twice before your subscription is cancelled. A pop up will appear showing remaining skips available to you.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your membership up to 7 days before a scheduled shipment or anytime thereafter.
